We operate a day-to-day GP appointment system. GP appointments cannot be pre-booked, but Nurse and HCA appointments can be booked in advance.
Please note appointments can be made over the phone only by calling 01795 472109 and not in person over the counter. If your problem is of an urgent nature please inform reception when you call.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. You can cancel your appointments online using the NHS app or Patient Access.

Some items have moved within the App, but all the health services you need are still available. Your settings will remain the same before and after the update too.

Practice Nurses
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.
